Myron L. Scott, MS MA, BCBA
Ms. Scott is the founder and CEO of Omega Behavior Analysis, LLC. Ms. Scott’s vast
experience in both the educational and business sectors makes her uniquely qualified to
oversee the daily operations of a company that provides behavioral support, life skills
training, and educational advocacy for clients ranging in age from early childhood
through adulthood. Ms. Scott’s core belief is all citizens are to be valued and offered
every opportunity to reach their full potential. As a successful business woman, Ms.
Scott knows what skills each client needs to optimize their employability. Education is
the key and at Omega, the team starts early. Ms. Scott hold a Bachelor’s Degree, two
Masters Degrees, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Kuron Parker, RBT
As Senior Executive of Operations, Mr. Parker uses his military background to assess
each case and develop a plan of support to best meet the needs of each individual
client. Following Ms. Scott’s vision, Mr. Parker trains and matches each member of the
support team to each family the team serves. His attention to detail and commitment to
follow through ensures each Omega client from the youngest to the oldest is an active
member of the community. Mr. Parker is a veteran of the United States Air Force and a
Registered Behavior Technician. His experience includes working in both alternative
and public-school settings providing behavioral support to at-risk youth and those with
developmental disabilities.

Rinard Daniels, RBT
Mr. Daniels is a Behavior Assistant with expertise ranging from school aged students to
clients served in a group home setting. Mr. Daniels is a veteran of the United States
Army and uses his time and talents developing the independent functioning skills of
clients with Autism and other Developmental and Behavioral Disabilities.

Tony Austin, RBT
Mr. Austin is a Behavior Assistant with over a decade experience working with at-risk
youth. Mr. Austin served in the United States Army and has dedicated his time and
talent to serving the community via coaching, mentoring, and advocating for individuals
with emotional behavioral disorders. Mr. Austin has also expanded his expertise for the
purpose of assisting individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
increase their access to the community.

Sheila Wheeler, Behavior Assistant
Ms. Wheeler is a Behavior Assistant specializing in supporting students with severe
developmental disabilities. Ms. Wheeler works closely with parents, school staff, and
other providers to implement behavior intervention plans designed to improve the
academic and social achievement of all clients.

Rene “Katie” Rice, Behavior Assistant
In addition to being a special education teacher at a local middle school, Ms. Rice is a
Behavior Assistant with expertise in alternative curriculum and learning. Ms. Rice
utilizes her expertise to help bridge the gap between school and home settings for
clients. Ms. Rice assists parents with understanding how to approach homework and
supplement home-based activities to optimize learning.

Rosa Bradshaw,Behavior Assistant
Ms. Bradshaw has worked with children ranging in age from the Pre-K population
through high school. As the Activities Director for Omega, Ms. Bradshaw uses her
expertise to match client needs and interests to appropriate skill building activities. Ms.
Bradshaw has training in self-regulation and sensory integration strategies. As a result,
our clients are always set up for success during selected community outings.
